S’mores on a Stick

Easiest dessert sure to please everyone make them ahead of time and store in an airtight container. No campfire needed!

Tips:

  • Instead of crushed graham crackers you could use a colored sprinkle or sanding sugar. Red, white and blue would be cute for Independence Day.

S’mores on a Stick

Makes 12

PREP 3 minutes

COOK 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 Honey maid honey grahams, crushed

12 Pretzel sticks (4 inch)

12 Jet-puffed marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Get all your ingredients ready before you start. In the microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate until it is smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate, as it goes from almost melted to burnt quickly.

  3. Insert one end of a pretzel stick into each of the marshmallows.

  4. Dip half of the marshmallow into the melted chocolate, letting extra chocolate drip off. Then while still wet, dip it into the crushed graham crackers. Allow the crumbs to slightly go up the sides of the marshmallow, allowing a lot of the chocolate to show. Place on baking sheet until the chocolate has set.
