Let us show you how to break down the chicken and make meals your family will love. Enjoy them during the week or freeze a few for another time.
Includes:
75-minute, virtual, hands-on cooking class.
Chef will send out a shopping list, list of kitchen tools needed and recipes to the event host several days before the event.
Participants will provide their own groceries.
No special equipment needed for these recipes.
Chef will guide participants through breaking down 2 chickens to create 5 dishes
Sample Menu: Chicken Pot Pie, Creamy Lemon Chicken Soup, Chicken Fried Rice, White Chicken Chili, Chicken Enchiladas
Cost: $40 per participant (minimum of 6 participants to hold private classes or flat rate of $240)
