Crispy Baked Ravioli with Marinara Dip
This delicious, crispy appetizer is a crowd pleaser. Raviolis get coated in flavorful breadcrumbs and baked, not fried, yet come out incredibly crunchy. Add your favorite marinara sauce, store bought or our favorite Marcella Hazan marina sauce, and this is the perfect appetizer to throw together for your next holiday or cocktail party.
Crispy Baked Ravioli with Marinara Dip
Serves 6-8
PREP 10 minutes
COOK 10-13 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce, bought or made
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Rub a baking sheet with olive oil.
Add the eggs to a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs to another bowl.
Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumbs. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer on your baking sheet.
Drizzle the ravioli with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and toasted.
Serve the ravioli warm, along with warmed marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
